Ongoing Advisory / Retainer
For brands that need continued review, refinement, and governance support. Brand management is not making assets look consistent—it is making brand decisions well over time.
Built for brands that have already been through an Audit, Sprint, or Governance build and need a standing partner to keep decisions, claims, and disclosures coherent as the business, the creators, and the regulatory guidance all keep moving. The outcome: nothing important ships without someone checking it against the evidence and the risk map first.

How it's structured
Cadence set to the pace of your creator activity.
Retainers run on a biweekly or monthly cadence depending on how much creator, campaign, and content volume is moving through the brand—more frequent for teams shipping creator content weekly, quarterly-anchored for teams whose main risk is drift between bigger launches. Scope, cadence, and access (async review vs. live working sessions) are set during intake, using the same Evidence Map and Risk Map produced in the Audit as the baseline—so a retainer never starts from zero.
A month on retainer
What the cadence actually looks like.
Retainers go wrong when they become a standing meeting with no artefact. A month on this one produces four things you can point at.
Review queue, cleared
Campaign copy, landing pages, creator briefs and posts submitted during the period come back marked against the claims checklist — approved, approved with wording changes, or escalated, each with the reason attached rather than a verdict alone.
Decision log entries
Every judgement call gets written down: what was asked, what was decided, and which evidence or rule it rested on. This is what stops the same question being re-litigated next quarter by someone who was not in the room.
Evidence Map deltas
The map built during the audit gets updated as claims gain or lose support, competitors change their narrative, and platform or regulatory guidance shifts. You see what moved, not a fresh document each time.
A standing risk view
The Risk Map is re-scored against what actually shipped, so exposure is tracked as a trend rather than rediscovered during the next incident. Items that have gone quiet get closed out explicitly.
Who this is for
Teams past the one-time fix.
Post-Audit or post-Sprint brands
The diagnosis and the system exist; someone still needs to keep applying it as new creators, offers, and content ship.
Regulated & trust-sensitive teams
Where a single unreviewed claim or undisclosed partnership is a real liability, not just a weak post.
Founder-led content engines
Founders publishing fast enough that brand and claims discipline can't be a once-a-quarter afterthought.
Keep the brand coherent as the business changes.
Retainers are scoped individually—cadence, hours, and access are set after intake, not before. Use the intake form's budget and timeline fields to start that conversation, or ask about a shorter scoping consult first.
